Beautiful ambience and very polite and friendly staff. Loved that they asked me if Iiked the result, if Iwamted anything to be changed / added and offered me a nice cup of coffee 😁

Patricia was welcoming - a drink was offered on arrival. However, the rest of my experience was not great. Soft skin parts of my feet were scrubbed as if they were hard skin, I came away with two bleeding toes and the nail painting was of very poor quality. Very disappointing given that I paid £40 for a luxury pedicure.
