Really disappointed with my nail appointment. I booked shellac expecting a natural, smooth finish, but the nails came out very thick, uneven, and not straight, with some areas much bulkier than others. I’ll now have to book somewhere else to get them fixed and pay again, which is really frustrating.

The worst experience from start to finish was seen 15 mins after my appt, no customer service skills at all I honestly couldn’t wait to leave it was that bad! Hygiene levels aren’t up to standard either Linah didn’t even wash out the pedicure station after the previous client! I will never return here again!

Loved the salon, the girls were nice. The massage chairs were awesome I made the most of it. Only negative was I found the toilet to be less than pleasant. Bit grubby and needs a face lift/TLC
