Update: I didn’t realise the salon had moved and I panicked when I got to the old address shut. The team has since reached out and explained things kindly. They’ve offered a voucher/refund and I appreciate their efforts. I’ll definitely pop back to the new place

Have been going here for years. Turned up today and the venue has closed. No mention of a venue change on Treatwell and no one called me to confirm. Lost out on money and didn’t get the opportunity to have my treatments done before a holiday.
