This was my first visit to Umber’s new premises and what a lovely spacious, light and airy place. The free parking at the rear is great especially in Windsor! I’ve had my eyelashes lifted a few times now at Umber’s and Harman always does a fabulous job. I have eczema and sensitive skin and I have no reactions to the treatment or lash tinting which is included in the price. All the staff are really lovely and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

It was my 1st visit and booked it after seeing the high score on the reviews. I had a quick shape & polish manicure. I felt uneasy with the cleanliness level. There’s no attention to detail. The experience didn’t reflect the high scores.
The people working there were pleasant and welcoming.
