Staff could be a bit more welcoming (didn’t even acknowledge me when I entered the salon and for the next 5minutes).

The 30min massage was only 20mins, and I wasnt asked where my problem areas where. Also didn't feel like it was doing much for my back. It was all over the place - 5seconds here and there rather than targeting specific areas before moving onto the next
