Cleaning the nails felt rush, quite painful cuticle removal. Nails were not soaked prior to start of treatment which other nail places would usually do. Expected more.

Lovely salon, very happy it is open and pleased with the eyebrow threading!
Would have liked to see the beautician apply hand gel before the treatment. Also as I was asked to hold the handheld mirror it would be great to be offered the hand gel myself too.
