Today's experience was not up to the usual high standard. Firstly they were running about 20 mins behind but the part I wasn't happy with was that I didn't have the therapist I booked to do my pedicure. The substitute was not up to the standard I expected and the overall experience was uncomfortable. Eventually Harman finished the job as she could see I wasn't happy. In future I would like the reassurance that I get my preferred therapist, the one I book, to do the treatment.

Really impressed with the lashes I had put on. The lady listened to what I wanted and as a result I have lovely long, natural looking lashes.

The experience on the day was ok but nothing special. Problem happened after the tan. I have brown marks and patchy areas so it looks uneven. It certainly doesn't look natural and it is rather embarrassing. Also colour marked towel and bedsheets despite showering. I wasn't told this.
