The welcome was friendly but somewhat brusque. Surprisingly no history was taken before any treatments were commenced. Massage pressure was adjusted to my preference as we went. Didn't like oil in my hair during massage. No blackout relaxing eye mask was provided during mask part of facial unfortunately. Pedicure was good but slightly uncomfortable with the positioning of foot rest and single uv light. Overall happy but it's 4 rather than a 5 for reasons explained.
