Facial : Lack of cleaning from prior client. Rushed. Request for leg bolster ignored. Left for 12 minutes with eye pads therapist left room to chat. When I queried this was told ' didn't need to work much on your skin'. Charged the full hour.
Not the standard I have come to expect.
Threading : Same therapist as facial. Hair left on eyelid.

I am very happy, the lashes were supposed to be for one night, but they lasted for 2 days, Nice professional service. Ample parking 1 minute walk - paid APP, I will definitely use it many more times.

Can not fault the salon itself and the people that work there. Everyone was so friendly. Harman matched my colour perfectly to what i explained i wanted too, it was perfect. However, my gel manicure itself was quite disappointing. After leaving the salon i could see the gel had been applied to the skin in some areas, after just 3 days practically all nails began peeling and catching on things (like my hair). Come day 7, they had all peeled off. Such a shame.
