I have booked an appointment through this app and when I got to the salon they were doing build work, therefore the salon wasn’t even opened yet. I wasn’t contacted or anything to tell me there was a mistake on the booking and they had a whole week to let me know. I have tried to contact the salon and the contact numbers online are all disconnected. How am I supposed to get a refund when on the app says and thinks I went to the appointment and I can’t contact anyone?
