I’ve had a lot of waxes and two years of electrolysis, but my appointment here was unfortunately very uncomfortable and my skin was ripped in places. I didn’t feel confident in the staff, but they did do their best to help me feel at ease. A shame but hopefully just a one off for Ultra-Figure.

Zuhre as always is an excellent therapist and very knowledgeable. The IPL treatment is going great and I am very happy overall. Best in London☺️

My experience was great! The place was clean and the lady who attended to me was very professional and friendly at the same time. She was very careful and thorough with my wax. Didn’t leave any hair No complaints, will definitely be coming back!
