I was unsure if this treatment would actually see any results but it did make a noticeable difference so I will definitely be going back regularly. The treatment is all one thing so little to say about it but Nagar was very plesant.
The room is extremely small with very bright lights and no music so it felt a little awkward. The room could definitely do with some small things to make it more welcoming and relaxing as otherwise you are laying in awkward silence for half hour/an hour.
