I booked a deep cleanse facial expecting thorough extraction, but it lasted only around 5 minutes, mainly on the nose and a bit of the chin. I was told whiteheads would come out with products, but my skin still felt quite congested afterwards. On the positive side, staff were accommodating and the facial massage was very relaxing. However, there was still noticeable noise from outside during the treatment.

I showed up 5 mins late but when I came nobody greeted me and I was not spoken to and the only staff member was busy in the middle of a hair appointment so it was not completed.
