I thought the staff were friendly, venue was beautiful and product (roll on wax) was good. However the results of the wax are poor and one day on have had to shave due to the amount of remaining hairs/ patches missed. The beautician left the room without checking I was happy or offering an opportunity to address this. Because of this and the price being on the higher end for this product, I deemed my visit poor value for money so won’t be back for this treatment.

My first visit to shimmer and it won’t be my last. Very welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere. Pedicure was amazing. It wasn’t rushed I was able to sit afterwards and not rushed out the door - which in itself alone (to a busy full time mum) was worth every penny. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely facial on Monday. Very relaxing and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. The therapists are professional and friendly as ever. Really good value too. Loved it! Just what a tired mummy needed!
