I really enjoyed my first float experience at Shimmer. The facilities were excellent and relaxing. My only criticism would be that it would be great to provide gel earplugs as well as the usual foam ones – for people with smaller ears, the foam ones just won't stay in, meaning they pop out and you end up with salt crystals in your ears for days afterwards. Hope you can provide that option in future – thank you!
