AWFUL customer service! had a full mani £45 31/7 started looking bulbous/lifted badly after a few days. I took pictures then after day 8 was completely lifted on all nails. gave pictures and asked for a PARTIAL REFUND on day 9 BUT WAS TOLD NO REFUNDS, redo or nothing. The corresponding emails then were vshort and sharp from them, no apology no refund no voucher AVOID FOR MANICURES! They’ll know who this is and have had a week to fully refund or give a voucher but NOTHING. Support local - joke
