Both Shannon and Nell were professional, friendly and welcoming - making me feel both at ease that I could relax and talk to them, and that they were following guidelines properly, so I wasn't having to be wary about what they were doing. Shannon managed to make the wax almost pain-free, which is quite a feat considering I hadn't had a wax in months! Nell was patient as I chose colours I'm so happy with and managed to cover my damaged nail. I feel happy with my treatments and will be back.
