First time having a massage at Shimmer and it was amazing Karen really worked hard on my knots and advised me with how many sessions she thinks I will need to help relieve my tension. She was lovely and really made me at ease. Definitely would recommend her.

I absolutely adore the floatation pod. I hadn’t been in a while, so they explained everything again very calmly. There is a shower in the floating room and more than enough space to hang your clothes as well as a little foldout bench. There is an area outside where you can finish up and a hair dryer is provided. All in all a calming and relaxing experience.
