My experience was great, Katie was lovely and the wax is really good. The only thing I'd say is the room was really dark which is great if you're having a massage or a relaxing treatment but it ment that a spotlight was needed over the bed to give enough light to see what you're waxing, the issue with this is every time I lifted my head I was blinded by the lamp.
