I think it should be clear on the website that this treatment doesn’t involve a human. I assumed it was a massage by a person while kneeling on a massage chair.
£15 for 15 minutes in an automated chair seems a bit steep also

Such a relaxing experience. First time in the floatation pod and I’m going to make it a regular visit as I felt so relaxed after. Staff were lovely and helpful. Massage from Shannon was amazing. I always have a lovely experience at shimmer and my go to place for a treat/pamper experience.
