The problems started before I arrived. I was stuck in traffic (through no fault of my own). I phoned to let them know. Once I arrived it was said more than once about me being late (despite me apologising). Katie was pleasant enough. The salon was clean and well presented. The treatment started. I told her I had never had a lash lift before. At no point did she explain what she was doing. This is extremely disconcerting when you have your eyes closed.
