Very helpful and super friendly staff, they walked me through everything which was very useful as a first time floater. It was great to have the little area at the back fully equipped for hairdrying, even a straightener, very thoughtful. A beautiful cup of tea was waiting for me after my floating, it was overall a very relaxing experience, I felt welcome and safe
