It was my first time so was a bit nervous but the ladies were all lovely, telling me how everything worked and what to expect. Even at the end, they had everything I needed, like face moisturiser, hairdryer and a gorgeous cup of tea (which I meant to ask what it was). It was an excellent experience and look forward to my next time. Thank you
