This was my first floatation tank experience so I was unsure about how it would be but it was brilliant. The staff at Shimmer were friendly, explained everything well and made it feel welcoming and relaxed. The room and pod itself were nice, clean and chilled, and the floatation was as relaxing as promised once you find a comfortable position! The dressing table with water and a cup of fruit tea was a really nice touch too. Will definitely be back in the (near) future!
