Loved the experience as it was my first time it took my active mind a wee while to settle but once it did I actually fell asleep then thought I had missed the music to let me know my session was coming to an end. You feel lovely and floaty afterwards and new if that makes sense. I recommend you have nothing planned for the rest of the day and enjoy that relaxed feeling for longer. If able book a block of sessions for the best experience and the benefits they bring. Thoroughly recommend!
