Wonderful experience for my first time floating! I started off with the massage chair to loosen myself up which was amazing, it scanned my muscle areas and then gave me a massage based on the results. It was incredible! Then I got an hour floating, it was so relaxing and so peaceful. It was calmly eased into it with some gentle music, there was a light in case I felt a bit claustrophobic but I didn’t need it. Then some peaceful music brought me back out! Had a lovely shower after and fruit tea!
