Experience was fine however I was having extensions removed and once I’ve got home have realised they haven’t removed the entire thing so there’s a layer of acrylic still chipping off the top of my nails. Also they didn’t ask what shape id like my natural nail filed to, so I asked them to round them off a little however they’re still very square.
