I booked a shellac manicure and pedicure, requesting clear shellac for hands and colour for toes. My manicure was rushed, and normal clear polish was applied. Pedicure was chaotic—done by 3 people. First did it with no colour, second rushed to apply it, third finished. I asked for clear shellac and was told they had it, yet I didn’t receive it initially. Nails were redone quickly, no cuticle oil or cream used. My shellac is already chipping—very disappointing as a loyal customer.
