The only reason I gave 3 starts is because the wait time was too long. They should give preference to people who have booked over people who just walk in. Apart from that - great service as always.

The person who handled my booking didn’t complete my process. The others were good, but if she wasn’t going to handle it herself, I would have expected her to inform me.
