The appointment time seemed to not be a thing. Upon arrival I made contact with Phoebe who was busy and she asked me to wait. After half an hour of waiting it looked like I was not going to get Phoebe after all. Another girl was sent to attend to me, but I insisted that I had booked Phoebe after reading the reviews, paid in advance through Treatwell and I expect to get that service. She did attend after all and did a good job, but there seems to be not much attention paid to the booking system
