I have no issues with the salon and regularly have my hair cut here, but the attached beauty salon is hopeless.
I had my eyelashes tinted (something I have had done successfully in many other places) and it was a complete failure, it has made no difference to my eyelashes. I asked for the blue/black tint but appeared to have received brown as my eyelashes if anything look lighter.

Would like paper towels in the toilet. There's a hand towel but paper is better and more hygenic
There should be a doctor that comes once a week/ a cosmetologist to address any concerns

Worst waxing ever. To be honest, if I'd paid full price I would have asked for my money back! However I paid £9.90 introductory offer. The technician butchered me! Wax got stuck, had to be cut and twezered out, which was very painful. Although she seemed to be through, tweezing out the last hairs, quite a few have been left behind. I have far more bruises and cuts than usual. Her technique for pulling off the wax was strange, she kept dabbing little bits of wax on and pulling them off millimeter by millimeter. This was more painful than just a quick rip.
