Booked a blow dry via Treatwell but when I arrived they said the Treatwell platform does not auto sync with their booking system and they did not have my booking and couldn’t fit me in. Very frustrating and disappointing. Glad I didn’t prepay.

The venue is great, very bright and clean. It's neither intimidating nor too casual, a good balance between professional and cool. I love the artwork on the walls, which adds a retro touch. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Shantel is a good stylist. To improve, she could ask more questions to better understand my hair and styling preferences. I have very sensitive hair and felt like it was being pulled a bit at times! Overall, though, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Uffizi.
