I don't tend to go to a hairdressers twice because I can never find one that I'm comfortable with but this was my 2nd time. Udou don't claim to be ND friendly but I have been to an openly ND friendly hairdressers before and it wasn't a patch on Udou. Always genuine friendliness and I don't feel silly talking garbage like usual. I'm not the best at describing things but Mollie immediately knew what I wanted and I felt heard rather than rushed. Thank you!

UDOU is a very welcoming place with a friendly atmosphere. Ash is very professional. He listens to your needs and does exactly what you ask for. Amazing experience, will absolutely come back:)
