It was ok—the process was different to what I’m used to (dry pedicure after soaking feet). I found it harder as my nails could’ve been cut down more if softened. The foot gloves, moisture masks, and massage were great. I did have to pay £5 extra for gel removal. Overall, I think it’s pricey as I’ve had similar luxury pedicures for £35–£40 with a better process. Depends on preference, but I wouldn’t have it again at that price.

Absolutely brilliant massage - Mei knows what she’s doing and is really feeling your body to tailor what is needed. I was struggling to even sit in a seat/walk without back pain, so this has been a much needed release. I’ve already re-booked for next month!
