Mei was really nice, Although she is not the best massage therapist, I am highly qualified and she was asking for advice and tips which would be fine if the rest of the massage was relaxing and nice as I’d be happy to cater to my preferences with advice. She does spot massage which basically is trigger points and then she just strokes between. Clearly no routine. I think therapists should be priced on quality/qualification as I booked last minute I couldn’t be fussy

arm massage was really nice during my head spa was the best thing about this treatment, the head spa was more of a hair wash and bad or basic blow dry not a luxury treatment. She wasn’t particularly bad but it’s clear there is no set massage routine etc as it was the same move on repeat just rubbing fingertips on my scalp. Definitely not worth £69 I paid but not at the fault of the therapist really, her only advice is give is more confidence

I was disappointed with my lash lift this time. When I tried to explain my concerns at the start, I was told "Don't worry, I know," and I didn't feel heard. The results were uneven, some lashes were curled more than others on the same eye, and the two eyes didn't match. One eye was fairly straight, while the other was so over-curled that my naturally long lashes looked short and were pushed down by my eyelid.
