Paid in advance, but then was asked to pay an extra £15 as I was leaving. When I asked what this was for, I was told it was for additional services. At no point during my appointment was I told that what I’d asked for would cost more but when I challenge this, the additional fee was dropped to £10. I'm still not clear what I paid extra for. I shouldn't have paid it but felt too awkward and embarrassed. I won't be returning.
