Unfortunately the appointment system didn't work and the appointment i had booked didn't go through. I had to wait 45 minutes and the stylist I had chosen wasn't there so had to have someone else. When it was finally my turn i had my hair washed after which I had to wait another 10 minutes with my hair wet whilst the stylist resolved another issue with another customer.
