Original appt was cancelled. Offered another for 2 hours later. Arrived early, but kept waiting 20 mins. Seems not enough attention is paid to the appointment system, as there's been issues before with them not adhering to Treatwell's booking system.

The wash was poor, the lady hardly scrubbed my scalp and only shampooed my hair, no conditioner, was the worst part of the treatment.

Good deep tissue massage by Marion. Good pressure on all my tender points, and while it was uncomfortable at the time (because I asked for firm pressure), it did help them release. I will be coming back. Nice loyalty card system as well.
