It was my first time at Uban Salon and it was an amazing experience from the time I walked in. My hair stylist Bethany was so lovely and kind. She did an amazing job, she was so thorough throughout my whole experience. The wash was lovely and she styled my hair with great care. I was offered a beverage on arrivals as well as after my appointment. Overall it was a 10/10 experience! I would definitely come back (especially if Bethany is still there).

Job of getting my fake nails removed was definitely satisfactory. I’m marking it as 4 stars due to the cleanliness of the place. It’s surprising to see that the drills for the device used to remove the nails weren’t in antibacterial solution, as i’ve seen this in most salons, especially during the pandemic. However, care was taken with my nails, so I cannot fault that. Thank you x
