The booking was not registered through Treatwell at the venue so I had to wait 2 hours for my treatment. The treatment itself was good but I would not book this salon through Treatwell again.

Sophia did such an amazing job with my hair. A full head of highlights which really brought my hair back to life. The before and after pictures were just amazing! Not only was Sophia brilliant with the colour but the whole experience was 10/10. Thanks again - will be back

I asked for a trim with one inch cut max with a few layers and the amount cut off for these “layers” was so much more than necessary and have left massive gaps at the back of my hair that look ridiculous - hair was styled to the side that I don’t even wear it on and not to mention stylists tried to make me pay more for an “Afro” service when I have soft 3b hair. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing with it and only done it as they didn’t know how to refund me through Treatwell.
