The hairdresser really looked after me and made sure she did exactly what I had in mind, she didn't cut too much and followed all my suggestions. It was annoying that someone was having a keratin treatment which was disturbing her due to the strong smell so they kept opening the door to change the air. I understand her disturbance but to have an open door 2 metres from you while you sit with wet hair is more than upsetting.....

When I arrived had to wait 30 mins to be seen, other customers had various issues such as bookings not coming up despite being paid for. Seems like the admin is a mess but the treatment itself was pretty good

Great massage Zara was professional really knew what she was doing. I then got my upper lip waxed. I have sensitive skin but regularly get my upper lip waxed,usually with some redness which subsides soon after. Sorry to say it was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had!beautician was very heavy handed, experienced so much pain!Left bleeding and burning sensation. Got home and not even all the hair was removed.spoke on the phone & lady was kind and understanding but don’t recommend this servic
