Excellent feathered haircut by Meena. Exactly what I wanted, with face framing layers that add movement but don't thin out my hair too much. Looks good both when air dried with my natural wavy texture as well as blow dried straight.

Unfortunately the appointment system didn't work and the appointment i had booked didn't go through. I had to wait 45 minutes and the stylist I had chosen wasn't there so had to have someone else. When it was finally my turn i had my hair washed after which I had to wait another 10 minutes with my hair wet whilst the stylist resolved another issue with another customer.
