I felt like an inconvenience from the moment I arrived - I felt very sad that I paid £120 upfront to be made to feel like an inconvenience. The quality of my braids was very low - I’m still having to trim loose hair out of my braids. The way my hair was parted looked so jagged even after addressing it and her trying to fix it, it was still jagged. I felt it was better just going home trying to work something out myself. Not a great experience and I will not be booking again.

Eunice seemed a kind lady. She offered me coffee when I got in. Although she wasn't busy at the time, I was still grateful that she accommodated me when I told her I want my hair washed as well as blowed dried and straightened. The only thing you should be aware of is that there is a separate charge for washing hair!!
