the nails are terribly shaped and wonky, apex halfway up the nail, they acted as if it was inconvenient i was there, she was very rough with the filing and added on random charges for “removal” even though i had booked infills. i also asked if i could get the holographic powder, at first she said yes but at the end she clearly just didn’t want to and when i asked she snapped “we don’t do that”. paying good money for the ugliest nails i’ve ever had is just cherry on top of the cake.
