Very disappointed. Booked a manicure and pedicure via Treatwell. I was running late due to an accident and they did kindly still see me however they would not do what I requested. I asked for french manicure on my toes and was told ‘no, we can not do the white tip on toes’. Was told to pick a block colour. Same for my fingers. Wanted ombré nails and was told ‘no, can not be done on shellac. I feel like they wanted me in and out asap and as I had pre paid I didn’t have a choice
