Firstly the therapist did not introduce herself. The wax was extremely uneven with a considerable amount of hair left in different areas making it blotchy. The hot wax was at a dangerous temperature that it burnt my skin. During the treatment the therapist left the room to go and assist another customer which I felt was unprofessional. No gloves were worn. A Brazilian wax includes hair removal of the back passage as standard. If I had not asked the therapist for this specifically she wouldn't have attempted it. Large amounts of hair and wax were left stuck to my skin after the treatment and not all hair was waxed out. The night after the treatment I sat in tears and a considerable amount of pain in the bath trying to get the remaining wax off. This was a hellish experience.

Not the most relaxing treatment but legs look much better now! Also had my eyebrows waxed, now looking much better than they had done for ages!
