This is a warm friendly salon with a great atmosphere, smiling faces to greet you when you arrive, acknowledge you when you enter even if they are with another client at reception area which I personally think is great and advise they will be with you shortly I love the whole experience from how would l like my nails shaped / length etc, choice of nail colours are great and it lasts for ages
