A one woman business in the basement of a hairdresser. But Ursula was excellent and took great pride in her work. Good English, very considerate so she could answer my questions and have a conversation . I’d much rather this experience than go to a nameless nail bar where you hand your’appendages’ over to technicians who chatter amongst themselves in their own language.
