Sorry, I'm not one to complain but I was very disappointed in my balayage. My boyfriend bought me this as an early birthday present as we're off on holiday next week. I've had to take a day off work today to get my hair fixed by a recommended hairdressers! Sorry but I wouldn't recommend having a balayage here, it's overpriced for what you get and I've spent a fortune.

A very friendly welcome, all the staff addressed me by name. It was clear that all the other clients were regulars so it had a real community feel. Malcom was very attentive and asked lots of questions before he advised me on the best haircut. I am pleased with it and will be interested to see how it grows out over the next few weeks.
