Huge pleasure meeting such professionals.
The service I have booked via Treatwell was unfortunately not clear to me and hence would be pointless. What was called "Wella Colour Blowdry: Power to Shine" was in fact Blowdry with well gloss. So my grey roots would have remain grey.
In addition my colour was a result of me playing around with non-standard mix.
Facing those two challenges, Karen, Malcolm and Jessica discussed various options and managed perfect solution for me making my hair look fabulous and me happy!
They won my heart by their personality and professional knowledge - you can trust them!

Jess was very friendly and very helpful. I actually had made the wrong appointment and changed my appointment last minute and Jess was so helpful and understanding. This has now become my new salon! The cut and blow dry was excellent! I have not stopped receiving compliments in my hair
