Staff was late for the appointment. Haircut was uneven, had to let it fix somewhere else. During drying my hair it felt like she burnt nu scalp, during the evening it felt a little painfull.

Turned up to the salon and it was closed. They then told me they were running late because of ‘traffic’. They offered an appointment later in the day but I couldn’t make it.. they then got quite blunt with me when I requested a refund. Seems to be a common occurrence that they are not at the salon at the time of customers appointments.

the pictures look nothing like how the place looks now, the 2 women were very friendly and attentive. hair cut was very good for £20, didnt have nail exstentions which was abit of a let down but overall decent for the price none the less.
